JD
PICK POCKET WORKS ON NEW ALUBM PLUS HIS SPELLING
JD Pick-Pocket is working on a new album. He
says this "I am not a parady rapper!"
Mark replies, "Yes you are." It will be out on
March 15, 2001 on tape.
This tape will cost two dollars, and you can buy it from
Mark Sescon. The album is called
"N*SYNCABLE." Mark claims, "I had nothing
to do with the name so sue JD, not me!"
JD was also caught spelling his label's name wrong.
Sescon was spelt "Seascon."
He will be punished.
NFN
CHEERLEADERS RELEASE TWO TRACKS
NFN Cheerleaders released two tracks. They are
"The Laugh" and "Casey Can't Aim."
Mark produced them and recorded them. They are more of
sound bites than music but are
very funny and enjoyable to listen to.
BANDS
AND ARTIST TAKE BREAK
It has been decided, Nothing from Nowhere will release
one track on the Sescon Records sampler
and proceed to take a one to two month break to spend
time with girlfriends and watch TV. Also,
Anti-Threat (composed of Mark Sescon and Wrek) will be
taking a break to work on their own solo albums.
The NFN Cheerleaders will be taking break and hanging
with their manager, Casey Wright, at the mall.
However, Prophecy (composed of Mark Sescon and Dillon
Davis) will try to release at leat two tracks
before summer begins. Mark says, "I'll try to hang
out with [girlfriend] Kristina, but I've been offered to
play bass
with another band, so I'm busy. Plus, I'm writing more
songs for Punk Zero. I will try to get out of the studio
as often as I can.
JD Pick-Pocket (or JD Winfrey) will also be hanging out
with his "friend" Brent Cabral who wants to
beat up Mark for no reason.
NFN
LIVE ALBUM AND TOUR?
Since Nothing from Nowhere got their first show,
they have been discussing recording it. We will fill you
in
as it goes. They are also discussing a local tour around
Bakersfield California with opening bands
Wrek and Prophecy. The band is totally unsure about this.
WREK
IS WERKING
Wrek will be working on a new album that will be
released by Anti-Threat Recordings. A release date
is being questioned, but you should be happy to know that
Mark thinks it is awesome so far.
NEW
BANDS TO LABEL
As you noticed, there are more bands now then
last time. Mark says, "I've been working with
different artist
and talents plus doing collaberations with some of the
artist on the label already." The new bands are the
infamous
NFN Cheerleaders who are managed by ex-bassist, Casey
Wright, Mark Sescon Band that is composed of Alli-Sim and
Mark Sescon,
a ska band called Prophecy made up of Mark Sescon and
Dillon Davis, the rap/metal duo Anti-Threat composed of
Mark Sescon
and Wrek, and finally the paradoy rapper, JD Pick-Pocket.
ANITHREAT
RECORDINGS NEW MANAGER
As many of you know Anit-Threat Recordings is a
heavy metal/rap/rock label designed
by Mark Sescon for his band Anti-Threat. The label has
gotten a new manager. David Rios, or Wrek,
was assigned to be manager.
